Narrative Strategy in Multilateral Diplomacy
A longstanding cooperation agreement between the United States and a West African regional bloc was nearing renewal at a moment of political shifts and competing national priorities.
The work focused on how history, trust, regional influence, and national identity are shaping negation posture. We mapped where interests diverged, where alignment was possible, and what each nation needed to see to support continued partnership.

Restoring Organizational Mission and Cultural Connection
Rebuilding public trust required message discipline and clarity of purpose. A 100-year-old national nonprofit was losing cultural relevance.
Its voice had become institutional, reactive, and detached from public urgency, weakening engagement, advocacy, and fundraising strength.We examined how its legacy was understood, where expectations had shifted, which narratives still held influence, and how its voice showed up in public life.
This revealed clear gaps between the institution’s identity, its mission, and the communities it was meant to serve.A new reputation architecture modernized its narrative.

Positioning Cultural Project for Investment
Securing investment and underwriting to bring a cultural story to screen.
A major media network developed a scripted television series centered on Black family legacy and inheritance. The story had strong creative elements, but the project stalled due to lack of strategic positioning, industry validation, and investment confidence.
A partnership strategy and credibility architecture were designed to advance the project. Using narrative alignment, cultural positioning, and relationship strategy, key industry allies and underwriting support were secured, providing the financial and reputational backing needed to bring the project to air.

A transformation strategy repositioned it from an annual broadcast to a year-round platform for culture. The strategy introduced digital storytelling formats, original programming, global audience growth, and partnership ecosystems that extended impact beyond ceremony.
